Does your child thrive in a small-group learning environment? Are you looking for a meaningful activity that will enrich your Kindergartener's day and skill sets?
A First Foundation's small-group Kindergarten Enrichment is designed to supplement a 1/2 day Kindergarten program. In this 2-day per week program, which runs for approximately 20-weeks during the school year, students participate in fun, multisensory methods of learning while gaining skills in literacy, mathematics, science and social studies. Social-emotional learning is also incorporated into the curriculum. Students will be taught using such programs as Handwriting Without Tears®, Wilson Fundations®, Math in Focus, Second Step, and The Zones of Regulation ®
Each student receives an assessment of skills and summary of strengths/needs at the beginning of the school year, a mid-program progress report, and an end-of-year progress report.
